If this was your last Christmas......

I know that most of us don't like to think about it, but what if you knew that it would be you or your loved one's last Christmas? Do you think you would do anything different? I think most certainly you would focus on the time and memories shared together. Just think of all of the families that will be spending their last Christmas together and don't even know it.

So this year.......... Laugh , Love and Live & Have A Very Merry Christmas !

Favorite Christmas Songs

Here Are My Top Ten Favorite Christmas Songs And Why......

1.Strange Way To Save The World- by 4Him /(Joseph's perspective) This song reinforces the fact that God's ways are not our ways and that His way to save the world through a baby would confound the wise!

Birthday Blog

Today I turn 44 years old. In some ways, I feel like I am 24. I feel like Rip Van Winkle waking up and wondering where the last 20 years went!

Your perspective sure changes. You realize how fast the years and time goes by. I love the quote that says; "Life is not measured by the number of breathes that we take but by the number of moments that take our breath away."

Life is a Blessing and everyday is a gift from God. Sure there are challenges that we all face, but you can't reach the top of the mountain without climbing it first. There are falls and pitfalls along the way but the final destination is what counts.

Birthdays are a time to celebrate where we have come from and where we are going. Some look at birthdays like mileage on a car, but really it is about growth. What we have learned in the past year and what we will learn in the year to come.

So where will I be and what will I be doing a year from now ? I only know that today is the first day of the rest of my life and today is my birthday!

Whatever Happened To Pearl Harbor Day?

Yesterday was December 7th. President Franklin Roosevelt said that it was a day that would live on in infamy ,but you wouldn't never have known it fron the news coverage. Very little was said to acknowledge what the day meant in history.True it is the Christmas season, but what about those who made the ultimate sacrifice that day?

Our country was attacked and America became involved in WWII and the world would never be the same just like on 911. It makes you wonder if 911 will become just another day 66 years from now also.

Just something to think about!
